Joyshine recently completed the production and shipment of a fully automatic 150kg/h potato chips production line for a food processing factory in Bolivia. The project was managed by our sales consultant Vivian, who provided full-cycle support from initial inquiry to logistics coordination. The line has passed factory testing and has now been successfully shipped. On-site installation is expected soon.

Key Equipment of the 150kg/h Chips Line
The automatic production line delivered to Bolivia includes the following core machines:
Vibrating de-oiling and air-drying system – Reduces residual oil content
Seasoning drum and automatic packaging machine – Ensures uniform flavor and high-speed packing
All machines are constructed using food-grade stainless steel, fully compliant with food hygiene standards.
Delivery and Remote Support
The equipment has passed full factory testing and was successfully shipped to Bolivia. Joyshine has provided the client with a complete remote installation and training package, including user manuals, operation videos, and virtual commissioning support.
